About the European Leadership Platform
The European Leadership Platform was founded in 2003. Our vision is to engage leaders and leadership experts in Roundtable dialogues with peers about leadership topics. Our mission is to contribute to better leadership by providing a confidential platform for inspiration and reflection.
European Leadership Platform stands for:
- European. We build on the classical European heritage of dialogue and asking questions. Socrates said: ‘The unexamined life is not worth living’. In the European Leadership Platform we tackle questions that you as a leader can’t adequately contemplate during the pressures of a normal working day. Your personal leadership will be sharpened in a dialogue with peers. ‘European’ also stands for the diversity and international mindset of our membership, with a rich variety of industry, corporate, governmental, ngo, national and professional backgrounds.
- Leadership: Every topic that comes up in the boardroom can be a topic for a Roundtable. This ranges from corporate governance to sustainability and from the future of Europe to inner leadership.
